Witch's Favourite Hat

Just before Halloween Party, a witch in training lost her favourite hat.

She spent most of her day looking for it.  Finally she decided to use a spell. 

All of a sudden she was covered by many hats.  

Look at the picture below and see if you can count how many hats the witch conjured up by mistake.
